Looking for Part livery/Assisted DIY Stables for 16.2hh Mare, 16hh mare (4yrs) and Large Pony Gelding. - We need all year turn out; even if during winter months it's only a few hours. - Electric/post and rail fenced fields - Quiet yard without clinics/competitions/Riding Club's on site - Floodlit school, 20x40 or bigger, which doesn't become unusable during winter. - Allowed to be on the yard late until about 9pm-ish
In these areas: Swanley, Crockenhill, Hextable, Eynesford, Cudham, Biggin Hill, Shoreham, Downe, Keston...will consider others dependent on journey time by car.
If anyone knows anywhere please do let me know
xx

I live in Orpington - I have got a number for Chavic Park for someone called Liza. I was speaking to a friend who said the grazing at Glenfields could be quiet steep/hilly? One of the horses has early arthritic changes so looking to the future this may not be a good idea for that one. I also notice that they have recently had a showjumping event onsite, and I am really looking for somewhere that doesn't host events.
Is Downe Court a riding school? Never heard of Coney Hall - I'll look into that.
Thank you so much for your suggestions Cjarman - if you come up with any more please do let me know.x

Downe court is just a livery yard, downe hall is the riding school, wickham court is okay if you keep yourself to yourself as is a big yard, there's also Oakley stables next to ravens wood school for boys I was there for about 18 months, really lovely helpful people, they're there every night from 4-7pm and weekends from 9-5, they have an adequate sized school and normally only 2/3 horses to a field, very small set up but it's lovely and chilled, no one apart from owners coming in and out and of course suppliers, vets and farrier, really nice bunch of women no female doging or aggro to contend with x

Also there's holwood stables which is within holwood estate my friend is moving to rye so will be 2 spaces when she leaves, think there is 1 space at the moment too, and also there's a yard on Keston church roundabout, it's a tiny industrial estate where splendid pets is and the stables is at the very end of the track very private and very quiet, also there's vale farm that only do part or full livery, lots of lovely grazing 2 schools I think and beautiful hacking to the chalk slopes x

Hello X13 COB, thanks for that info I may have to give both a miss then as I doubt I would be able to stay long term somewhere if the surface is deep.
I recognise your buckskin from the speedgate showing show,he's ever so pretty, I was in the same class as you. x
